Cancellation Policy

𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 - 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟕 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: The patient will be reimbursed 100% of the consultation fee. - 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝟑-𝟕 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: The patient will be reimbursed 50% of the consultation fee. - 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟑 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: No reimbursement will be provided. 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏. 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: - If the Doctor needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must notify the patient at least 24 hours in advance. 𝟐. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: - If the Doctor cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time, they must offer the patient a rescheduled appointment within 3 days. -If the patient does not accept the rescheduled appointment, the patient will be reimbursed 100% of the consultation fee. - The Doctor may also offer a discount on the next visit at their discretion. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 In the event of a delay in the consultation, the following reimbursement structure shall apply: - 𝐔𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝟑𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲: The patient shall not be eligible for any reimbursement. - 𝟑𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝟏 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲: The patient shall be eligible for a reimbursement of 25% of the consultation fee. - 𝟏 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝟐 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲: The patient shall be eligible for a reimbursement of 50% of the consultation fee. - 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝟐 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲: The patient shall be eligible for a full reimbursement of the consultation fee. The reimbursement percentage will increase progressively with the length of the delay, providing fair compensation to patients for longer waiting times. If the Doctor readjusts the timing of the appointment with the patient’s consent, the reimbursement structure may be revised accordingly.
